ALFA M is the manual push and elevation lift truck: the forks are lifted through a quick lift hand pump (without load), while the lever located on the steering wheel adjusts the descent. The two versions, ALFA M 08 and ALFA M 16, can be used to move loads whose nominal capacity is of up to 1000 Kg with respective 800 mm lifting with one lifting stage mast, and 1600 mm lifting with duplex two stage mast. Details MOVEMENT OF LOADS IN COMPLIANCE WITH CURRENT REGULATIONS: The current regulations in terms of safety at the workplace impose very strict limits on the manual movement of loads by the operator; therefore, the ALFA M series represents the simplest and most economical solution in order to move medium-light loads in compliance with the current regulations. SIMPLICITY OF USE: Activation of the fork lifting system through a fast hand pump (without load) with handle and descent control located on the handle for a quick execution of the operation; it is easy to control and position thestacker thanks to the system of lateral shackles. ADAPTABILITY TO THE LOAD: Manually adjustable forks on fork holder plate; by means of a simple operation, it is possible to work with the stacker moving loads of different dimensions, and to adapt the machine to the operator’s requirements. MAINTENANCE: The purpose of design and the large number of prototypes developed has always been to obtain not only excellent performance, but also a significant reduction of the probabilities of failure and a longer average life of the stacker. SAFETY For ARMANNI, the safety of operators is the main requirement when designing machines; structural calculations and simulation programmes lead to the creation of highly resistant frames in order to ensure maximum safety even with full load.
